14-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@theprimefurniturestore.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: If you are returning because of customer remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping. If you are returning because of defective, damaged or incorrect items we will provide you with a free return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Re-Stocking Fee:

No, We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or modified items without prior arrangement.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damaged or defective items:

If your item arrives damaged, document the damage upon delivery, and notify us within 24 hours with photos and descriptions to info@theprimefurniturestore.com. We will assist in processing a claim and getting a replacement sent out to you.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you’d like to exchange an item for other reasons, initiate a return first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item. Contact us via phone or email in order to start this process. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU orders, customers have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
